In the winter semester 2022/20233 we offer two exciting modules in the field of Entrepreneurial Behavior:

Bachelor Seminar on Social Media: Creativity, Communities, and Business Ideas.

Social media has been an integral part of all of our lives for several years now. But what does social media have to do with entrepreneurship? How can potential business models in the field of social media look like? Do you find these questions exciting? Then our bachelor seminar "Social Media: Creativity, Communities, and Business Ideas" is exactly right for you!

Our seminar offers a great opportunity to let your creativity flow and explore. Furthermore, you will think about what social media formats can look like in the context of a business model. In this seminar, you will not only get your first starting points for scientific work in regards to your bachelor's degree, but you can also deal with particularly exciting and current topics, such as work-life balance as a creator or interaction with followers and co-creation.

If you want to learn more about the topic, sign up for our seminar. The module is part of the specialization Entrepreneurship & Innovation. In addition, we are trying to achieve inter-faculty credit transfer, please ask the respective program moderators and examination offices about the possibilities of credit transfer.

In the Master's program: Seminar on Entrepreneurial Behavior

Together as a team, founders face the challenge of building a successful start-up from scratch. The founding team is crucial for entrepreneurial success. Here, different characters work on a common vision and try to reach their goal as a team. The entire founding process is paved with great challenges. Challenges that are not only crucial for the existence of the founders, but also affect their mental well-being. But what can the founding team do to face these challenges together and overcome them successfully? How can founding teams navigate through the uncertainty that comes with founding? Can team processes and team characteristics be designed in such a way that they not only lead to entrepreneurial success, but also increase personal well-being? These and other questions will be addressed in our module "Hauptseminar Entrepreneurial Behavior".

You think this topic is interesting and you would like to find out how you can answer these questions in the context of a research project? Then sign up for our seminar! The module is also part of the "big" specialization Entrepreneurship & Innovation. In addition, we strive for cross-faculty crediting, please ask the respective course moderators and examination offices about the possibilities of crediting.
