Entrepreneurial Behavior
Since November 2023, I have been working as a research assistant at the Chair of Entrepreneurial Behavior at the University of Bayreuth. As part of my degree program at the Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, I was already involved in a variety of exciting research projects and events. In my current role, I aim to further contribute to the growth of the innovation ecosystem and to the continued development of the degree program “Digitalization & Entrepreneurship”.

Entrepreneurial Behavior
In my research on social entrepreneurship, I examine how entrepreneurial activity can support individuals in coping with personal crises. The process through which individuals overcome personal trauma by engaging in prosocial entrepreneurship is a central focus.
In addition, I examine crises at the societal level and investigate the emergence of trends in entrepreneurship. In this context, I analyse how political turning points, such as Germany's proclaimed "Zeitenwende" (a major geopolitical shift), fuel rapid developments in the field of defence tech startups and explore the underlying mechanisms driving these dynamics.
