Entrepreneurial Behavior
Vita
I have always been fascinated by entrepreneurial stories and the people behind successful companies. I find it particularly intriguing that, despite the path often being marked by uncertainty, setbacks, and emotional highs and lows, entrepreneurs frequently describe their work as highly fulfilling and meaningful. The question of how individuals experience and cope with these challenges sparked my interest in the psychological and social aspects of entrepreneurship.
Since April 2026, I have been conducting doctoral research as a scholarship holder of the Foundation of German Business (sdw) at the Chair of Entrepreneurial Behaviour at the University of Bayreuth. My research investigates how social interactions in professional and private contexts influence entrepreneurs' well-being. My goal is to generate scientific insights that contribute to creating more successful and fulfilling entrepreneurial experiences.

Entrepreneurial Behavior
Many entrepreneurs describe the entrepreneurial journey as an emotional roller coaster, characterised by excitement, self-fulfilment and a sense of achievement, but also by uncertainty, stress and setbacks. In my research, I examine how social interactions in both professional and private contexts influence entrepreneurs' well-being and the role that social support plays in coping with entrepreneurial challenges. The aim of my work is to contribute to a better understanding of the psychological and social factors that foster sustainable entrepreneurial behaviour and entrepreneurs' well-being.
My main research interests include:
- Entrepreneurial Well-being
- Entrepreneurial Mental Health
- Social Support
- Work–Family Conflict
